I made a lemon meringue pie for the day. It was an extremely busy day; I took the pie out of the oven sometime after 5:00 p.m. By that time, I was just too tired to write this post.
March 14 is National P-I Day. I wonder if I should make some p-i-e for that day too.

Yes, you should make a pie for March 14th as well. My husband's work always celebrates that day with some pie. However, I had no idea that there was a national pie day in January as well.
You have a national pie day? I wonder if we should have a pasty day. Mind you any day is pasty day.
Marh 14th wouldn't be pi day here as we would say 14.3 :(
